KUALA LUMPUR, 2 October 2019 – Exabytes Network Sdn Bhd, a web-hosting and cloud service provider, today announced its partnership with US-headquartered Freshworks Inc, the customer engagement software company, to help SMEs grow their customers.
Through this partnership, Exabytes will offer a suite of innovative customer engagement software from Freshworks together with a host of its existing solutions including web hosting, email and digital marketing, as one-stop solution provider of cloud-based services for SMEs.
“Our company has been using the Freshdesk software from Freshworks for three years now to manage customer inquiries and we are very impressed with its capabilities,” said Chan Kee Siak, CEO and Founder of Exabytes.
The Vice President of Global Partnerships at Freshworks, Anand Venkatraman said the partnership will help to meet demands of customers who want powerfully simple software for meaningful customer interactions with context.
The partnership was marked by signing of the Strategic Alliance Partnership Agreement between Chan Kee Siak, CEO and Founder of Exabytes and Anand Venkatraman, Vice President of Global Partnerships at Freshworks. The ceremony was witnessed by Norhizam Abdul Kadir, Vice President of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC).
To kick-off the partnership, Exabytes will began offering four products from Freshworks including Freshdesk (omnichannel helpdesk ticketing system), Freshchat (modern messaging software), Freshsales (CRM solution and sales system for high-velocity sales team), and Freshmarketer (all-in-one conversion optimization suite).
