The highly acclaimed Digital CX Awards recognises the world’s leading Financial Services Organisations that combines the best technology and innovation to provide greater customer experience and reinvent in their industry. Its distinguished panel of judges include industry veterans from companies such as KPMG, Forrester, Fuji Xerox and EY.
This award adds another notable recognition for the Bank’s award-winning SMEColony mobile app, after recently setting a National Record as the “First SME Community Development Mobile App” in The Malaysia Book of Records and winning the Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards in Mobile in Banking by Singapore.

SMEColony is currently available for download on Google Play Store and accessible to the public at no cost and requires no sign-up for a membership. The mobile application will be released on the Apple App Store by Q1 2020.
