Serba Dinamik clarification on proposed removal of auditors

KUALA LUMPUR, 31 May 2021 – On behalf of Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad (“Serba Dinamik Holdings” or “the Group”), we refer to the series of articles published by media houses in respect of the proposed removal of KPMG PLT (“KPMG”) as external auditor and the subsequent proposed nomination of BDO PLT (“BDO”) as the new external auditor, as announced on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 28 May 2021: https://www.bursamalaysia.com/market_information/announcements/company_announcement/announcement_details?ann_id=3162085

The Group had received a Special Notice from Datuk Abdul Kadier Sahib, Serba Dinamik Holdings’ Non Independent and Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit & Risk Committee to remove KPMG as the Group’s external auditor.
