KUALA LUMPUR – Money Compass Media, Max Capital Management Holding Ltd, uLearnMONEY, and Celik Wang will be organising a virtual soft launch event for Save & Invest 2021 and The Wave Media Project on July 15 at 10:00 AM to 10:40 AM via Zoom and at the official platform of Save & Invest 2021.

With the theme ‘Managing Personal Finance in Time of Pandemic’, Save & Invest 2021 will provide a platform and solutions for the financial industry to reach out to public consumers, investors, and fellow peers, in order to provide financial advisory and solutions.

The event will also provide a platform for fresh graduates to apply for job opportunities in the financial services industry.

“We hope that Save & Invest 2021 will help the public especially in terms of financial literacy, cash flow management, and knowing how to build emergency funds and enable them to address immediate financial challenges by matching with relevant financial and digital solution providers,” said Amy Seok, Organising Chairman of Save & Invest 2021 and The Wave Media Project in a statement today.

Together with the Save & Invest 2021 soft launch event, the soft launching of the The Wave Media Project, which includes the MyMalaysia Yearbook & Award, will also be organised on the same day.

The Wave Media Project is a series of interviews with 100 Malaysian corporate leaders sharing their sustainable business stories and how they overcome the challenges of the pandemic.

Along with The Wave Media Project, the organisers will be publishing The Wave hard-copy 2020/2021 yearbook and recognise 100 corporates, government agencies, NGOs, and business owners with the MyMalaysia Award.

The virtual event is also supported by nine associations, namely the Malaysia Literacy in Financial Education (MyLIFE), Malaysian Financial Planning Council (MFPC), Financial Planning Association Of Malaysia (FPAM), Association of Financial Advisers (AFA), Malaysian Financial Planners and Advisers Association (MFPAA), Prudential Life Insurance Agency Association (PRULIA), Life Insurance Association of Malaysia (LIAM), National Association Of Malaysian Life Insurance Fieldforce and Advisers (NAMLIFA) and Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK).
