At the opening ceremony, the China Writers Association Online Literature Center released the China Online Literature International Communication Report 2025, which comprehensively reviews the global outreach and development of online literature in 2024, vividly outlining its evolving landscape. A four-party cooperation framework agreement was signed between the China Writers Association Online Literature Center, the Chinese Literature Foundation, the Zhejiang Writers Association, and the Publicity Department of the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee. The event also launched the “Initiative to Promote the International Communication of Online Literature”, the “Beautiful China International Writing Program”, and the “Measures of Hangzhou City to Support the Prosperous Development of Online Literature”.
The 2025 International Online Literature Week will also feature a range of events, including the Online Literature International Roundtable, Online Literature Lectures at Universities, International Exchanges and Dialogues, and Online Literature Going Global Business Forum.
