Launched in 2015, the national “Four 100s” volunteer service campaign has been held eight times consecutively and helped standardize and professionalize volunteer services across the nation. “Better Health for 10,000 Households” was chosen through a multi-stage review—including local nominations, expert evaluation, and public notice—standing out for its organizational strength, consistent execution, and broad community support.

Responding to the Healthy China Initiative: Deepening Commitment to Volunteer Services

As the Healthy China Initiative continues to implement, all sectors are working to raise public health awareness. In alignment with this, Infinitus—a company dedicated to Chinese health regimen—partnered with the Si Li Ji Ren Foundation to launch the “Better Health for 10,000 Households” in 2021. Focused on advocating the premium Chinese health regimen and promoting scientific lifestyles, the program continues to promote community-level health services across China, including Guangdong, Jilin, Sichuan, and Xinjiang, to name a few, while integrating volunteer services with local health governance.

Adhere to the guidance of party-building principles, the Company’s Guangzhou General Party Branch has established a regular Party Member Volunteer Service Day, enabling party members to actively engage with local communities through health education seminars, Chinese health regimen workshops, Shenshi (monkey hour) tea sessions, and Eight Section Brocade exercises. The program also collaborates with leading philanthropic organizations and social service agencies—including the China Overseas Chinese Charity Foundation, Guangzhou Charity Federation, and Sina Philanthropy—to share resources and co-develop programs, amplifying the collective impact on communities.

As of August 2025, the program has established a number of “Chinese Health Regimen Corners” in multiple communities across China, each equipped with health education displays and interactive devices. Sessions such as “Health Enhance Classes” and “Neighborhood Fitness” are held regularly. From 2024 to 2025, the program has distributed “Health Enhance Kits” equivalent to over RMB 1 million and conducted more than 500 volunteer services in collaboration with 186 community-based organizations across China. Contributing to 51,000 volunteer hours, these efforts have directly made health services accessible for local communities.

Digital Innovation for High-Quality Services: Enabling a New Vision for Public Health

As the program continues to expand, it utilizes digital technology to enhance service quality and efficiency. Infinitus has independently developed and rolled out the “Quick Test” WeChat mini-program, a health assessment tool that allows users to generate personalized health reports and tailored health regimen guidance by entering only basic information, thus encouraging a transition from passive treatment to proactive health management for ordinary people. To date, the mini-program has generated over 1.32 million health reports, digitalizing volunteer services and broadening their impact.

The program also incorporates the wisdom of Chinese health regimen into people’s daily lives. Guided by the “Four Habits”—diet, activity schedule, exercise, and emotional well-being—it carries out a series of activities that combine traditional culture with scientific recommendations. Volunteer services such as Eight Section Brocade, Shenshi (monkey hour) tea sessions, are now part of standardized programs delivered by community-level social service agencies and partner organizations, revitalizing traditional Chinese health regimen in the new era.

Community-Driven: Building a New Neighborhood Ecosystem

In early 2025, Infinitus has launched its Sixth Five-Year Development Plan, reaffirming a focus on strengthening community connections and accumulating productivity of trust. As a cornerstone of this plan to “build a new neighborhood”, the program mobilizes nearly 7,000 stores and 34 dedicated volunteer teams to build a community-based healthcare ecosystem. It is designated for a visible, accessible, and reliable health support system, thus to create the productivity of trust.

By delivering on-site, consistent, and long-term volunteer services, the program fosters meaningful relationships with local residents. It demonstrates the abilities of corporate volunteer programs to contribute to community health infrastructure, bringing professional volunteer services to local residents and promote healthy neighborhoods.

The award of “Top Voluntary Service Project” is in recognition of Infinitus’ long-term commitments to public welfare. It also demonstrates that aligned social resources can participate in national health initiatives in the new era. Looking forward, Infinitus will further refine the program framework, expand service access, and upgrade service standards, thus to enhance public health awareness, strengthen community governance, and contribute to the Healthy China Initiative.
