Danielle Phillips is a 2026 Business Elite’s TOP 40 honouree and a finalist in four categories at the 2026 AusMumpreneur Awards
ADELAIDE, Australia, Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Most people prepare a Will, but few prepare the person who will have to carry it out. Adelaide entrepreneur Danielle Phillips is hoping to change that with the launch of the Online Executor Digital Masterclass, created after her own experience of becoming executor of both her parents’ estates.

Danielle Phillips is a 2026 Business Elite’s TOP 40 honouree and a finalist in four categories at the 2026 AusMumpreneur Awards.
Phillips lost her father in May 2020 and her mother just 15 months later, after caring for her through a rare neurological condition. Unable to be with her father when he died because of COVID border restrictions, Phillips was left grieving while navigating the complex administration that followed.
She found herself managing more than 40 practical tasks, including notifying banks, superannuation funds, insurers and government agencies, gathering documents and locating assets.
“I didn’t have the capacity to properly grieve because everything I had went into forms, phone calls and follow-ups,” said Phillips, Founder of Sage Executor Solutions.
That experience led Phillips to establish Sage Executor Solutions and, more recently, create the Online Executor Digital Masterclass to make practical guidance available to more Australians.
The self-paced Masterclass takes participants through the executor journey, covering what to do immediately after a death, banks and superannuation, insurance, property, government notifications, digital assets and estate records. It includes a workbook, practical toolkit resources and a one-to-one support session with Phillips.
“Being named executor doesn’t come with instructions,” Phillips said. “I built Sage because I wished someone had handed me this kind of support the week my father died. The Masterclass is about making that knowledge available to more people before they are trying to learn everything while grieving.”
The demand for this education is already evident. Earlier this year, Phillips presented a webinar for the SMSF Association that attracted more than 600 registrations.
Phillips’ work has also received national recognition. She has been named a 2026 Business Elite’s TOP 40 honouree and is a finalist in four categories at the 2026 AusMumpreneur Awards: Professional Services, Personal Services, Emerging AusMumpreneur and Top 100.
