HANOI, Vietnam, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Meey Global Corp (the “Company” or “Meey Global”), a Cayman Islands holding company that operates an integrated ecosystem of digital real estate platforms and data intelligence services in Vietnam through its main subsidiary Meey Land Group Joint Stock Company, today announced the public filing of its registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares (“Ordinary Shares”).
The number of Ordinary Shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The Company plans to apply to list its Ordinary Shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “MEEY”. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, including effectiveness of such registration statement, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be commenced or completed.
ARC Group Securities LLC is acting as sole book-running manager for the proposed offering.
