Fourth consecutive year of recognition underscores the Company’s commitment to sustainability
and its contribution to Hong Kong’s carbon neutrality journey

(“SHKP”) and Hong Kong’s largest data centre provider, is proud to announce that it has been honoured with the Sustainable Organisation – Bronze Award at the UNSDG Achievement Awards Hong Kong 2026, organised by the Green Council. As the only award-winning company from the data centre sector, the accolade signifies SUNeVision’s commitment to embedding sustainability across its business strategy, operations and long-term development roadmap.

Building Future-Ready Digital Infrastructure with Sustainability at Its Core
Guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs), SUNeVision continues to integrate sustainability into the development and operation of its digital infrastructure, underpinned by responsible environmental stewardship. Across its MEGA Campus, the Company has invested in energy-efficient facilities, including AI-ready, liquid-cooling-enabled capacity to support next-generation computing workloads. It has also installed solar photovoltaic systems to generate renewable energy. Together, these initiatives enhance operational performance while advancing the Company’s sustainability goals.
As part of its ongoing efforts to expand the use of clean energy, SUNeVision has entered into a six-year agreement with CLP Power to procure 100% site-specific Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) sourced from Hong Kong’s first privately funded landfill solar farm. The solar farm generates approximately 1.2 million kWh of green electricity annually, equivalent to a reduction of 530 tonnes of carbon emissions per year. In addition, SUNeVision has procured International Renewable Energy Certificates (iRECs) to 100% offset the electricity consumption from its own general buildings.
Sustainability is also embedded within SUNeVision’s financing strategy. The Company has secured HK$9 billion in Sustainability-Linked Loans (SLLs), representing more than 65% of its total banking facilities. These facilities are linked to key energy-efficiency performance indicators, including improvements in power usage effectiveness (PUE) and overall coefficient of performance (COP), reinforcing the Company’s commitment to driving measurable sustainability outcomes while advancing operational excellence.
