- Finance-specialized AI model CereFin ranked No. 1 among 464 models on ForecastBench’s September preliminary leaderboard
SEOUL, South Korea, Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Neurofusion, Seoul-based fin-tech AI startup, will showcase its AI-powered investment platform Valley AI and investment research agent, CereFin AI at CEATEC 2026 in Chiba, Japan, from October 13–16. The company will also participate in RAMEN TECH 2026 in Fukuoka, as it explores business and partnership opportunities in Japan.

CereFin AI ranked No. 1 among 464 models on the ForecastBench Preliminary Leaderboard (September 2026).
At CEATEC, held at Makuhari Messe, Neurofusion will demonstrate its financial AI technologies at Booth 7H214-06, presenting tools that support investment research through financial data analysis and AI-powered reasoning.
Valley AI is Neurofusion’s financial AI investment platform, which supports investment research using data such as financial statements, market prices, company disclosures, valuations and economic indicators.
At the show, the company will demonstrate CereFin, a financial reasoning AI agent integrated into Valley AI. CereFin combines three features — Chat for conversational financial analysis, Workflow for automated market monitoring, and Research Desk for research visualization — to help users conduct and organize investment research within a single platform.
Neurofusion’s participation in Japan follows a technical milestone achieved by CereFin, its finance-specialized AI model. On the September 2026 preliminary leaderboard of ForecastBench, an AI forecasting benchmark that evaluates probabilistic predictions against real-world outcomes, CereFin ranked No. 1 among 464 models in the Dataset Brier Index category. Launched in 2024 and open to external participants since 2025, ForecastBench runs new rounds of forecasting questions every two weeks, with global AI research teams including Google DeepMind and xAI competing on the same leaderboard.
CereFin recorded a Brier Index of 67.5, surpassing the baseline of 63.6 set by human Superforecasters in September. The result provides independent validation of Neurofusion’s AI forecasting capabilities.
The company’s financial AI technology is supported by a data infrastructure built over four years, comprising more than 530 data pipelines and 167 finance-specific Model Context Protocols (MCPs).
Neurofusion will also participate in RAMEN TECH 2026, Fukuoka’s citywide startup and innovation program running October 7–11. The company will join Plug in: Fukuoka #13 during the program.
Through its participation in both events, Neurofusion aims to introduce its financial AI technologies to Japanese companies and potential partners, while exploring opportunities for collaboration and growth in the Japanese market.
“Japan is an important market for us as we look to expand the reach of our financial AI technology,” said Hans Choi, CEO of Neurofusion. “At CEATEC, we look forward to demonstrating how Valley AI and CereFin can support investment research through financial data and AI-powered reasoning. We also hope to build relationships with Japanese financial and technology companies and explore opportunities for long-term collaboration.”
