The stage is set for another remarkable gathering as CX Summit returns in 2026 under the theme “CX – Connected by Intelligence.”

Organized by CX Malaysia, this year’s Summit carries the theme “CX – Connected by Intelligence”, exploring how organizations can harness the combined power of Artificial Intelligence, Human Intelligence, and Business Intelligence to deliver exceptional customer experiences in an increasingly connected world.

Renowned as one of Malaysia’s leading CX gatherings, the Summit will feature compelling thought leadership, real-world transformation stories, practical case studies, and the latest innovations shaping the future of customer experience. Delegates can expect valuable insights from industry pioneers, global experts, and leading organizations that are redefining how customers engage with brands.

A major highlight of the Summit will be the unveiling of the 3rd Edition of The State of CX in Malaysia Report, including the announcement of the Top 100 CX Brands in Malaysia and the 2026 National CX Index. The Summit will also showcase some of Asia’s most inspiring CX transformation journeys through its exclusive “Best of Asia” CX Transformation Stories segment.

“This year’s CX Summit is not to be missed,” said Vigneswaran Sivalingam, President of CCAM and Chairperson of CX Malaysia.

“CX Summit has evolved beyond being a conference. It is where the Malaysian CX community comes together to learn, collaborate, and turn ideas into action. The future of customer experience will not be defined by technology alone, but by how effectively organizations connect intelligence, empathy, and execution.”

With a strong lineup of speakers, strategic partners, and industry-leading sponsors, CX Summit 2026 is expected to be the largest and most impactful edition to date, reinforcing Malaysia’s growing position as a leading hub for customer experience excellence in the region.
