HONG KONG, Nov. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — A first taste of yachting can be as simple as feeling the harbour breeze and seeing Hong Kong’s skyline from the water. That is the idea behind TFOC Marina Fest: A Taste of Experience, a complimentary one-hour Victoria Harbour cruise aboard THE FLOAT, departing from Central Pier No. 10.
Demonstrating an overwhelming public response, all allocations for the harbour voyages were fully booked. On board, guests enjoyed non-alcoholic drinks and guided commentary that offered a closer look at the skyline and Hong Kong’s yachting industry.
Marina Fest introduced guests to the yachting side of The Festival of Connoisseurs (TFOC), organised by Informa Markets. An hour on the harbour, with time to take in the view, offered a first taste ahead of the festival’s soft launch at AsiaWorld-Expo from 4 to 6 November.
TFOC is the first large-scale international exhibition introduced under the Government’s HK$100 million funding scheme, with a view to developing Hong Kong into the first-choice platform for showcasing Mainland and international brands.
Instead of traditional indoor and single-hall formats, the event will extend beyond indoor exhibition halls to outdoor venues for showcasing various global and Mainland renowned brands centred around high-end lifestyle themes such as superyachts and supercars, offering a brand-new experience for visitors.
For those who missed the cruise, there is still more to explore. The public is invited to TFOC’s Marina Showcase at AsiaWorld-Expo, followed by the Lantau Yacht Club Boat Show in Discovery Bay.
