Under the MoU, SBS Group has been named NCSM’s Official Corporate Health & CSR Alliance Partner. Together, both organizations will roll out a nationwide campaign of integrated programs that include workplace health initiatives, cancer prevention education, and high-impact CSR activations.

Key Objectives of the Partnership:

  • Enhance employee awareness of cancer screening and proactive health management.
  • Embed sustainable health policies within corporate frameworks.
  • Launch collaborative CSR projects with tangible social outcomes.

Driving a Culture of Health, Awareness & Empathy at Work

“This partnership isn’t just about a document — it’s the foundation for a movement,” said Dr. Murallitharan. “By tapping into SBS’s extensive corporate network, we hope to amplify health consciousness across Malaysia’s business sector and empower companies to be the new champions of wellness.”

SBS Group Founder Mr. CM Wong added, “Employee wellbeing should never be seen as a personal obligation alone. It’s time for companies to take ownership. A truly resilient organization is one that genuinely values the physical and mental health of its people.”

As part of this alliance, NCSM has also been appointed as SBS Group’s Official Health & Vitality Partner. Key initiatives planned under this partnership include:

  • Curated corporate health talks and wellness training;
  • Access to cancer screenings and general health check-ups for employees;
  • Nationwide health awareness campaigns targeting the general public;
  • Joint CSR programs executed across companies and industries.

Recruiting Ambassadors for a Corporate Wellness Movement

To further strengthen community engagement, SBS and NCSM have launched a call for “Corporate Health & CSR Ambassadors.” This volunteer initiative welcomes entrepreneurs, brand leaders, and socially conscious professionals to champion health-first, socially responsible business cultures.
