This partnership follows a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed in May, in which TmaxSoft and Shinhan DS agreed jointly drive digital transformation across Southeast Asia. At the signing ceremony, held at Shinhan Financial Group’s newly opened office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, CEOs Hyongyong Lee (TmaxSoft) and Bokki Min (Shinhan DS), along with senior executives, reviewed customer needs and industry trends, reinforcing their shared commitment to global expansion through strategic collaboration.
Executives from both organizations held in-depth discussions on key areas for cooperation, including customer service operations, technical support, and the exchange of skilled personnel. These discussions further refined a comprehensive collaboration model and aligned joint business strategies. Through this partnership, TmaxSoft aims to deliver its core enterprise solutions, including JEUS and WebtoB to the Vietnamese market via Shinhan DS, establishing a comprehensive cooperation model tailored to local business needs.
