YES announced today that it has delivered multiple VertaCure XP curing systems to a leading Semiconductor manufacturer. These systems will be utilized in the manufacturing of advanced packaging of AI and HPC solutions, where they will support low temperature curing for multiple RDL layers of 2.5D/3D packaging. VertaCure XP G2 is a fully automated vacuum curing system that provides complete removal of residual solvents, uniform temperature distribution, and precise management of heating and cooling rates. It’s benefits also include no outgassing after cure and excellent particle performance.
