(Nasdaq: QNT) (“Quantinuum”) today announced the closing of its upsized initial public offering of 28,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at an initial public offering price of $60.00 per share. All of the shares were offered by Quantinuum. The aggregate gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses were $1.68 billion. Quantinuum’s Class A common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “QNT.”
