HONG KONG, Sept. 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Cheerble today announced the launch of Wickedbone Air, an app-controlled interactive dog toy that gives owners an active role in the chase. Building on the original Wickedbone, introduced in 2018, the new model combines joystick control and automatic play with a replaceable E-TPU shell, a lighter body and updated Bluetooth connectivity.

Launching during Cheerble’s tenth anniversary year, Wickedbone Air incorporates years of user feedback to make shared play and everyday upkeep easier.
Two Ways to Play, with Owners Part of the Experience
In Drive Mode, owners use the Cheerble App’s virtual joystick to steer the toy in real time, changing direction and responding to their dog’s movements. The result is a shared game in which owners guide the chase rather than simply watch.
Auto Mode combines built-in movement behaviors and touch responses for play without continuous steering, while owners remain nearby to supervise.
Built-in sound effects add an audible element to play. A separate Find Device feature activates a sound cue through the app to help owners locate the toy beneath furniture.
A Lighter Build with a Replaceable Outer Shell
The E-TPU outer shell is designed to absorb impact and help reduce noise on hard floors. At 8.7 oz (246 g), Wickedbone Air weighs 54 g less than the original model.
Owners can replace a worn shell separately while retaining the inner unit, making routine upkeep more practical. The modular design separates the replaceable exterior from the working core, allowing owners to refresh the surface their dog plays with without discarding the entire toy when that cover wears out.
A recessed charging port also eliminates the original model’s separate removable cap.
Updated Connectivity and Continuous Automatic Play
Wickedbone Air offers a specified Bluetooth range of 20–50 meters, compared with under 20 meters for the original. App control uses a local Bluetooth connection; actual range varies with the environment.
Once Auto Mode is running, play continues if Bluetooth disconnects, so an automatic session does not require immediate reconnection.

Following the opening of pre-orders on September 7, 2026, Wickedbone Air officially launches at cheerble.com on September 11 at an introductory price of USD 59.99 (MSRP: USD 65.99). Replacement shells are available separately at an MSRP of USD 19.99.
