KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Neolix, a global leader in L4 autonomous delivery vehicles, has entered into a distribution partnership with Sunway Group, one of Southeast Asia’s leading conglomerates, to bring Neolix’s autonomous delivery solutions to the Malaysian market. The partnership was announced at Transport Expo Asia (TXA) 2026.

The two companies signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) formalizing the distribution arrangement. The vehicles are intended for last-mile delivery and for transporting goods and medical supplies between facilities, with potential deployment across Sunway’s integrated townships and its businesses in property, construction, healthcare, retail and hospitality.

Sunway Group President Datuk Anuar Taib announced the partnership at TXA 2026, a regional transportation conference hosted by Malaysia’s Ministry of Transport and attended by the Minister of Transport. The partnership forms part of a broader set of future-mobility initiatives unveiled by Sunway.

Malaysia is one of Neolix’s most advanced markets in Southeast Asia. The company has been conducting sandbox testing in Malaysia for the past three months. The safety assessment process is nearing completion, and the sandbox program is set to enter the Vehicle Type Approval (VTA) stage. Neolix’s partners in Malaysia also include Tiong Nam Logistics, SF Express, PLS and Mindhub.

“Malaysia is one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic logistics markets, and we believe the best way to serve it is alongside the partners who know it best,” said Zhao Xin, Head of Southeast Asia at Neolix. “Our vehicles are already running on Malaysian roads in the colors of local partners like Tiong Nam Logistics and SF Express. Working together with Sunway, PLS, Mindhub and the wider local ecosystem, we want to put technology already proven on public roads around the world to work for Malaysian businesses — and grow together with the local logistics community.”

“The initiatives reflect the group’s ambition to harness innovation to improve quality of life while supporting Malaysia’s participation in the next generation of transportation technologies,” said Datuk Anuar Taib, President of Sunway Group. “The collaborations could also create opportunities for technology transfer, talent development and greater involvement of Malaysian businesses in emerging industries.”
